Kids.Now
Kids.now and State Farm® Canada have teamed-up to help students make positive life choices.
Kids.now is an after-school program that trains passionate volunteers to become coaches and guide young people away from making decisions that could negatively affect their futures.
National Youth Leadership Council
Curriculum based service-learning targets academic achievement and engages students in the learning process. We support effective development and implementation of this teaching methodology through our partnerships with the National Youth Leadership Council and the Generator School Network which builds a network of schools and educators who collaborate to share ideas and best practices.
Youth Advisory Board
The State Farm® Youth Advisory Board directly funds K-12 public schools, helping schools with the resources they need to develop sustainable programs. The Board’s service-learning grants fund programs that increase engagement in the classroom, showcase the relevancy of curriculum, reduce the dropout rate, and help students understand the real world application and career opportunities of what they learn. Partnering with schools gives them the opportunity to execute programs that impact students and improve communities.
