State Farm Playground a first for New Brunswick

Quispamsis Qplex to house community playground with garden and amphitheatre

Aurora, Ontario.  October 04, 2010.  – State Farm is committed to the development and support of the communities where we live and work. As part of our commitment to the people of New Brunswick, State Farm is the proud sponsor of the new State Farm Playground to be housed in the qplex wellness, recreation, and conference centre in Quispamsis.

This community project provides an accessible and safe place for children and their parents to play and spend time together. All within a state of the art facility dedicated to the environment, growing local business, the importance of physical well being, and community spirit.

“We are extremely proud to have State Farm partner with us on this initiative, and recognize the positive impact qplex will have on our community,” explains Murray Driscoll, Mayor of the Town of Quispamsis. “The State Farm Playground will be yet another wonderful place for families to enjoy – echoing the importance of safety for our young people.”

The State Farm Playground will be located next to the qplex pool and include special equipment mounted on a safe rubberized surface along with a garden, benches, trees, and a small amphitheatre.
