State Farm Pocket Agent Best-in-Class Mobile Experience

Mobile application singled out for convenience and user experience

Aurora, Ontario.  August 18, 2011.  – In a highly competitive mobile technologies world, with an ever expanding array of applications, the State Farm Pocket Agent® is ranked best against top competitors in insurance and financial services.

In a recent competitive review the State Farm mobile experience was rated best by Key Lime Interactive (KLI), an independent company specializing in user testing and experience.

The study compared the State Farm Pocket Agent, against similar offerings from the competition. The Pocket Agent's After an Accident and My Insurance Card were singled out as best-in-class features. KLI noted the ability to draw the scene of an accident, as well as the ability to submit a claim directly from their mobile device as ahead of the competitors. The My Insurance Card feature scored high as the only one with the ability to show the actual amount of coverage in the customer's policy.
