For those who prefer to call in or mail in, a sophisticated network of customer service centres stretches across North America to help. The State Farm Payment Plan team in our Aurora Operations Centre is an important part of that network.

State Farm Payment Plan (SFPP)

SFPP provides flexible billing and payment options for our customers. Our SFPP team in Aurora provides support to State Farm agents and policyholders by servicing the monthly billing and payment plan.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Responding verbally and in writing to inquiries from policyholders, agents, stakeholders, and various State Farm departments
  • Performing routine and complex account maintenance for State Farm Payment Plan accounts
