Extended Health Care Coverage
Extended Health coverage is an insurance policy provided by State Farm to supplement the provincial plans. Claim payments for this policy are processed by Manulife Financial. Extended health benefits for employees and their eligible dependents include hospital room and board, nursing care, out of country care, other medical services and prescription drug program.
Group Dental Plan
State Farm's Group Dental Plan provides reimbursement for preventative care, dental restorations, and orthodontia care for children.

Group Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Plan
The State Farm Group Life Plan provides financial benefits to beneficiaries in the event of death. In addition, there is an Accidental Death & Dismemberment benefit under this plan.
Group Voluntary Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Plan
The State Farm Group Voluntary AD&D Plan provides financial benefits in the event of certain bodily injuries resulting from covered accidents. The Group Voluntary Accidental Death and Dismemberment Plan is in addition to the AD&D coverage under the Group Life Plan.
Group Long Term Disability Plan
The Group Long Term Disability (LTD) plan provides regular monthly income in the event you become totally disabled and unable to work for a prolonged period of time due to illness or injury.
