Vacation
As a new-hire, vacation time for your first year will be pro-rated, up to ten days. The exact number of days will be determined by the month you begin work. After your first year, you'll receive 10 to 30 vacation days annually, based on years of Company service.

Educational Support
State Farm supports and encourages your involvement with the schools in your community. As a State Farm employee you will be eligible for up to one paid day per year to volunteer at a school.

Supplemental Unemployment Benefit Plan
Full-time employees with one year of seniority who are in receipt of Employment Insurance (EI) Maternity Benefits are eligible for this benefit. This benefit supplements EI benefits up to 80% of your salary for 17 weeks.

Paid Sick Leave
Our Paid Sick Leave program provides salary continuation when you're unable to work because you're sick or injured. The number of paid sick days available annually is based on Company service.
For other obligations...
Under our Permission Leave Program, management may grant you additional paid time off for visits to the doctor or dentist, to care for a family member who is sick or injured, to attend a funeral, or for other obligations.
