By setting up your profile online, you are also able to:

  • Change your payments from monthly to recurring monthly;
  • Change your payments from monthly to recurring financial card (credit card);
  • Change your due dates for premium payments (subject to certain provisions);
  • Update your banking information.

You can also set up State Farm as a payee for your online banking account:

Clients with a Recurring Monthly/State Farm Payment Plan (SFPP) Account

Please select “State Farm Payment Plan Account” as the payee to be added to your Internet banking account.  You must then enter your 10 digit SFPP Account number, which can be found at the top right section of your bill. Please note that recurring monthly payments can be made using your credit card.

Clients without a Recurring Monthly/State Farm Payment Plan (SFPP) Account

Please select the appropriate payee based on the type of policy that you want to pay using online banking.  For example, if you wish to pay for your auto policy, you need to add State Farm Mutual Auto Insurance as the payee.  You must then enter your auto policy number. Please note that you must set up a separate payee for each policy number.  For example, if you wish to pay for two (2) different auto policies using online banking, then you have to set up two (2) different payees of State Farm Mutual Auto Insurance with the corresponding policy number.  This will ensure that the payment is applied properly against the correct policy number.
