Do You Need to Report a Claim?
Having an accident or enduring a catastrophe can be very stressful, but we don't think reporting an insurance claim should be. You can report a claim online in a matter of minutes.1 Our claim reporting process is quick and easy.
If you’re involved in a car accident or have had your vehicle damaged, you now can file an auto insurance claim online, from end to end. Simply log in and answer a few questions about what happened, so we can let you know your deductible, liability information and what you’re covered for. You can even book a damage appraisal appointment with a repair shop directly through the online process.
If you're claiming for damage in your home, once you log in and submit the claim online, a claim representative will contact you as soon as possible to verify information, ask questions, explain coverage, and process the claim.
If you do not have an account, registering is quick and easy. You can also report a claim by calling 877-659-1570 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For life insurance claims, the assigned State Farm® agent will contact the beneficiary.
